Core Health Club allows people of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds to better their health and fitness. Through cardiovascular fitness, strength training, group classes, and personal training you will have all the guidance and support needed to accomplish your goals. Our vision is simple, to create a healthier community and to accomplish this together, as a community. Members will be encouraged to workout with their family and friends. Kids Club will allow children age 12 and under to still be welcomed as members with their parents. Sports performance based classes will allow our student athletes to improve their athletic performances, making them more competitive. Personal training programs will be available to those that need the extra guidance with program design and motivation.
